East Crapass Poll

My local grocery store has begun a poll on what to name our burgeoning enclave of hipness. Major words to use are East Williamsburg, Bushwick, Morgan/Flushing exit. Please give us your opinion, especially if you've been here.

What should my neighborhood be called?

Flushwick... I love it. It's the perfect name. It's the apotheosis of shittiness.

(At one point in my life I lived in Flushing.)

East Crap Ass really gets to the heart of it, but I do have a soft spot for those Boars Head guys.

i still remember the conversation we had when i was mapquesting (how do you like my new word) your address....

"G, what does it mean when i zoom all the way in and there is a man with a knife on the corner?"

"don't worry, that's just me."

don't underestimate the marketing power of dogstool brooklyn - it has a certain ring to it....

They all have merit, but dogstool also gives you the valid warning to watch your step. A lot of dog owners in the neighborhood don't pick up.

Dog Stool Brooklyn, but only if I can refer to my neighborhood as West Dog Stool Brooklyn.

Doesn't ANYBODY pick up after their dogs anymore???

You know where I stand.

Firmly in East Crapass.

Since your hood is kinda like a Disneyworld for the ironically retro, how about:

Hipster-laden
Experimental
Prototype
Community
Of
Tomorrow

HEPCOT !!!

I'll take Dogstool Brooklyn for $600, Alex.

I used to live at Central and Bleecker. I threw away like six pairs of shoes during that tragic chapter. Pitbulls are cute and all, but for the love of Benji, bring a plastic bag on your walks, gangsta!
