HeeHeeHee, HuuHuuHuu

All summer long, Derrick has gloated about his tolerance for heat. The temperature would soar in the apartment to 85 degrees and 100% humidity. He would be sitting there without a drop of sweat; I'd be pouring gallons off of my skull. I really, really resented his heat tolerance.

Oh, the tables have turned! Poor little Canadian boys are all shivery and cuddly, and I feel fine. He's wearing every article of clothing he can find, and I'm still wearing shorts.

This will probably only work for about another three weeks, then I'll be really glad he's a heat generator.

Matt sometimes calls me his "little power plant" when we're in bed in the morning. When I get into bed at night, my hands and feet are ice cold, but by morning, I'm like a cozy oven.

But I actually prefer the cold weather and can't stand humidity.

Isn't that all kinda backwards? Shouldn't Derrick be all like "hey, let's play hawkey in ar underwear, eh! I'm from Canada, woo, cold!"

You two...enigmas, shrouded in mystery, wrapped in...sweaters, or something.

Cut the cute Canadian boy some slack. We're weird sorts, as our blood thins with our environment. Just enjoy his cuddling and pretend that I'm there to be the meat in a G & Derrick cuddle sandwich : )

what *is* it with those canadian extraction types? It could be absolutely freezing and the bf is going comforter-free at night. I don't get it. It's not healthy.
