Time for some maple syrup!
I'm going to Vermont with friends this weekend. It's going to be nice to be in the trees. I think I'm gonna spend time looking out the windows at trees with hot cocoa in my hand.

ummmmm.....I don't think the sugar houses are up and running and maple syrup starts flowing from the trees until spring.
I'm sure last year's batch is still good - but careful it doesn't get stuck in your hairs!!!

The secret ingredient to hot chocolate is molasses. Just a touch. Yum.
